Parking is never an issue for me. I have lived in 8 apartments in the last 10 years and this one is by far my favorite. A friend of mine also loved it so much during her visits that she decided to sign a lease here as well. The explanation I got from maintenance the last time I submitted a work order was, "I guess water finds the lowest spot and that's your apartment." Security is also well taken care of.
